De bijdragen van Nederlandstaligen tot de Afrikaanse letterkunde
Abstract - Publishers, authors and literary critics who were born
in the Netherlands, Belgium or the Dutch colonies and were originally Dutch-speaking
made important contributions to the establishment and development of the
Afrikaans literature. This essay outlines their work in this regard over
more than 160 years. While the relations between these two so closely connected
language groups have once again changed recently, this history poses a
challenge for the future.
