Fragmenten van een onbekend handschrift met de Noord-Nederlandse Historiebijbel (Berlin, SPK, Germ. Quart. 1764)
Abstract -- Berlin, SPK, Germ. Quart. 1764 contains yet unknown fragments of the so-called Noord-Nederlandse Historiebijbel (‘Northern Dutch History Bible’) dating from about 1450. Until now, we had knowledge of only seven manuscripts, of which no less than six were copied by the same scribe. The Berlin fragments, made by a yet unknown scribe, do fit very well into the manuscript tradition of this translation: almost scanty in its design, and written on paper, it was affordable for lay people.
