Nu op papier, straks digitaal. De pragmatische esthetica van een elektronische brieveneditie
Abstract -- In this article I propose a hierarchical model of three different concepts in any digitization project: the digital archive, the digital corpus, and the digital edition. The true value of any large digitzation project lies in the creation of a digital corpus, which enables the editor to produce any kind of edition he prefers. I conclude by sketching out the digital Van Nu en Straks edition I am preparing, based on a few characteristics of a critical digital edition.
